Who we serve
Compliance systems for teams responsible for getting it right.
years across field operations, inspections, management, safety, and compliance leadership
Experience behind the platform
Designed by someone who has carried the responsibility.
DRC was founded by Peter Diaz after a career spanning crew operations, inspection leadership, safety, compliance, and executive management. InspectFlow reflects the practical lessons learned while managing people, projects, budgets, and regulatory expectations at scale.
A letter from the founder
Built from experience.
Grounded in purpose.
Better compliance systems should protect more than projects and organizations. They should also protect the time, focus, and families of the people responsible for getting the work done.
I built Done Right Compliance after spending years on every side of compliance—from field crews and inspections to operations, safety, financial management, and executive leadership. That experience included accounts receivable, accounts payable, schedules of values, pay applications, budgets, and understanding how field documentation ultimately affects billing and cash flow.
I understood the responsibility, but I also understood the cost of inefficient systems that don’t talk to each other: duplicate work, paperwork after hours, reports late at night, delayed billing, and time taken away from the people waiting at home.
DRC was created to simplify compliance without compromising it—to connect the field, operations, documentation, and financial workflow; help teams stand behind their records; and give people their time back.
